BOOKING POLICY
- Minimum booking duration is 3 nights, except for charters booked within the next 4 weeks, where 2-night bookings are accepted. Please reach out to our management team for assistance.
- Weekend surcharge applies for arrivals or departures on Saturday or Sunday.
- To secure your booking, a deposit of $337 is required at the time of booking, inclusive of 10% GST and a 2% Merchant Card Fee.
- Final payment can be made via Credit Card or Direct deposit. Please note, GST is applicable regardless of payment method.
- An invoice for the final amount will be emailed to you, with payment due 30 days prior to your charter.
- For bookings made within the next four (4) weeks, the final amount invoice will be promptly emailed to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full refund or credit available with 4 weeks notice of cancellation.
- 75% refund or credit offered with 3 weeks notice of cancellation.
- 50% refund or credit available with 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
- Customers will receive a 25% refund or credit with 1 week notice of cancellation.
- If a cancellation occurs within the 4-week period of the booking and is rebooked, a full refund or credit will be issued to the guest.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be provided.
